Update the BIOS to the latest. If issue persists then perform below action:-

• Boot machine to RBSU (F9).
• Press CTRL+A.
• Select “Service Options.”
• Select “Processor Power and Utilization Monitoring.”
• Select “Disable.”
• Press F10 to save and exit.
• Reboot.
